Steve is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and during his career he has been involved in all aspects of commercial property both in the corporate and private sectors. Since 1990, Steve has been in private practice based in Chelmsford dealing with commercial agency matters and general professional work throughout Essex.

Paul R Everett MRICS

Paul is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been practising in Chelmsford since 1990, having spent much of the previous decade working for a major Commercial Property Consultancy in the City of London. He is primarily involved in commercial agency matters including the disposal and acquisition of vacant leasehold and freehold property.
